Nine beautiful homes set within the grounds of an exclusive equestrian centre. Each one is individually named after a famous race horse – ‘Nijinski’, ‘Red Rum’, ‘Desert Orchid’, ‘Secretariat’, ‘Arkle’, ‘Northern Dancer’, ‘Kelso’, ‘Hedgehunter’, and ‘Admiral’.

These homes cater for between one and eight people, all of which accept pets and five are disabled friendly. Bookings are available throughout the year.

Ballavartyn is an ideal location from which you can go out and explore the Manx countryside, just 5 minutes from Douglas, is close to the airport, sea terminal and a whole host of local attractions.

Dogs are welcome in all Homes. They must be kept on a lead when on the property. Owners are responsible for picking up waste. We also offer an onsite Kennels providing Day Care and Boarding.
