There are two beautiful bedrooms – one double with an en-suite shower room and patio doors onto the terrace, and one twin with an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a large and light open-plan living area, again with patio doors, and there are two comfortable leather sofas. The modern spacious kitchen has glossy cream units and includes a washer-dryer, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. There is lovely wooden flooring and under-floor heating throughout. The views from all the windows are exceptional.
The Milking Parlour is set in an enclosed shared courtyard, which is a real suntrap. It also provides plenty of space for parking. You can also enjoy shared use of the large tree lined lawn that is ideal for games and more picnics! The terrace at the front of the property overlooks coast and country and is ideal for alfresco meals, or a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset.
There are wonderful beaches 5 minutes away in either direction, and there is also a golf course only 5 minutes away.
Located next door is East Ballabane farmhouse, which sleeps 5 people in 3 bedrooms.
